Why take the health quiz?

Once you’ve completed our quiz, you will receive a personalised wellness score and support programme. This will tell you where your health is in tip-top shape, and where you still need support. The quiz covers the following topics and gives you a selection of tips to help you stay active & healthy.

We want to discuss how you’re feeling and your general mood, so we can get a better sense of your overall health. This will help us understand your wellbeing more clearly and identify any areas where you might need support.

How are your Z’s?
We all have the odd restless night, but frequent sleeplessness may be tied to your lifestyle. This quiz looks at your habits, such as diet, drink, exercise, and smoking, to identify what might be affecting your sleep.

What are your eating habits?
To get a clearer picture of your overall health and how we can provide support, the quiz includes questions about your eating habits. Good nutrition supports bodily functions and helps support the immune system. Alongside, a balanced diet can lower the risk of diabetes, heart disease & certain cancers.

Are you a smoker?
Smoking, even occasionally, can impact your health. The quiz looks at your habits and offers tips on cutting down and even stopping smoking altogether. While quitting can be tough, it can make a big difference in improving your overall health, fitness and lung capacity.

How active are you?
As part of the Healthier You Review, we ask about your exercise routine. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. Exercise strengthens muscles and bones, helps prevent chronic diseases, improves brain function, and boosts mood.

What about alcohol?
Our quiz assesses your drinking habits to see if your alcohol intake is too high. While moderate drinking is not usually a concern, too much can harm your health. Having ‘no drink days’ each week can help reduce intake.
