What is the Prescription Delivery Service?

Our dedicated team of friendly drivers currently support over 200,000 customers across the UK, bringing each customer’s medicines directly to their door. There’s no need to worry about missing a delivery, simply order your prescription, then agree a date that is convenient for you with the pharmacy team and you’ll recieve a text with a 2-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery day.


Anyone can use the Prescription Delivery Service. The service costs just £5 for each one-off delivery or £55 for a 12-month subscription. In some circumstances, we offer a free delivery service for eligible customers. Contact your local pharmacy team for more information.

Our Prescription Delivery Service is operated from many of our store locations** across the UK

It’s important that when you order your prescription, you let your GP surgery know that you would like your chosen Collins to dispense your medication. You can do this by nominating your chosen pharmacy online through Collins Prescriptions Plus or by speaking to your GP or local Collins pharmacy team.

If you think you may qualify for free delivery, then please contact your local Collins pharmacy team for more information and to sign up. For any queries, please speak to your local Collins pharmacy team. Our drivers will need to deliver the medication to the patient or previously agreed representative. If our drivers are unable to deliver your medication, it will be returned to the store where we’ll arrange redelivery with you.

Step 1: choose your subscription package

Check if you qualify for free delivery or select either £55 for the year of prescription deliveries or £5 for each one-off prescription delivery

Step 2: choose a delivery slot

Once we have received your prescription and it’s dispensed, we’ll give you a call to arrange a delivery day. We will text you a 2-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery.

Step 3: receive your dispensed medication

 One of our drivers will deliver your medicine straight to your door. 

*Delivery may be made by a store colleague, courier or other means if a Collins delivery driver is not available.

**The store location needs to be near the delivery address for the delivery service to be used.
